Full payment is required before work begins. Payment plans are available upon request with a 20% service fee; work will not move past the sketch stage until the commission is paid in full.Payment Methods

I may display completed artwork in my portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless privacy is requested. Standard privacy may be free or have a small fee depending on the commission; full confidentiality/NDA-level privacy is available for a $100 fee.WIPs & Revisions
WIP updates are typically provided during the sketch and coloring stages, with a reasonable number of revisions included. Major, repeated, or post-approval changes may require an additional fee, while mistakes made by me will always be corrected at no extra cost.References & Artistic Liberty
Please have your references, pose ideas, and commission details ready when your slot begins. If important information is missing, I may place the commission on hold or use reasonable artistic liberty; major changes after work begins may incur an additional fee.Approval
You have 14 days to review and approve your commission. If I do not receive a response within that time, the current version will be considered automatically approved.Complexity Fees
Characters, props, backgrounds, or designs that require substantially more work may have a 15–30% complexity fee, which will always be discussed before work begins.Unused Concepts
Preliminary sketches, rejected concepts, and unused artwork remain my property unless otherwise agreed upon. I may reuse or develop these materials for future personal or commercial work.Turnaround Time
My usual turnaround time is 5–12 weeks. You’re always welcome to ask for an update, but please avoid frequent check-ins; I’ll reach out when there is progress or if I need anything from you!References
Traditional drawings and VR/3D models are welcome! Please keep in mind that colors may be difficult to match accurately from traditional artwork or shaded 3D models, but I’ll do my best to achieve the intended result.Refunds & Chargebacks
All sales are final once work has begun, except in specific circumstances that we can discuss. Chargebacks are not permitted and may result in loss of artwork usage rights and termination of service.Personal & Commercial Use
You may freely use, edit, and enjoy your finished artwork for personal, non-profit purposes as long as you credit me and do not claim the artwork as your own. Commercial use requires additional licensing: Streamer Commercial Use — $30 | Merchandise Commercial Use — $70.Adopts
After purchasing an adopt, you own the character and may change their appearance, story, anatomy, or other details as you wish. Reselling a character for a higher price without additional commissioned artwork is not permitted, and ownership/licensing may be revoked if the design is used for illegal or exploitative content.
